With a family of six children and six grandchildren in Foley, AL, they've built more than just a remodeling business. For over 26 years; they've created a legacy. Their mission for No Limit extends beyond renovations, aiming to provide a safe, drug-free workplace and serve as a Market Place ministry, touching lives and offering fulfilling futures.

From its humble beginnings with Chad at the helm, No Limit has flourished into a thriving team of over 30 employees. The Swansons are deeply involved in their community, serving on the board of Big Fish Ministries, engaging in community outreach, and actively participating in Summit Church. Their commitment to the industry is further demonstrated by their membership in the Home Builders Association and holding a Home Builders License in Alabama, underscoring their dedication to excellence and community service.

Harvey Johnson, originally from Chickasaw, Alabama, brings a wealth of experience from his co-ownership of Mas-co Construction, a successful commercial construction company founded in 1976 in Mobile, Alabama. Now semi-retired, Harvey continues to lend his expertise to No Limit as a valued team member, celebrated for his wisdom, experience, and integrity in the construction field.

Married to Darlene Johnson for 25 years, Harvey is a pivotal figure in our team, contributing significantly to our collective success. Together, they cherish a large, blended family and the joys of Gulf Coast living. Harvey's passions include fishing, boating with Darlene, and spending quality time with their family and dog, Ridley. As active members of Summit Church in Foley, Harvey and Darlene's commitment to their community and faith further enriches their contributions to No Limit and beyond.

Darlene Johnson, our esteemed Interior Designer at No Limit Renovation, boasts over 35 years in the industry. Hailing from Chatsworth, Georgia, she ventured into sales and interior design in Birmingham, Alabama, before settling in Gulf Shores in 1997. Darlene played a pivotal role in launching No Limit Renovation alongside her son, Chad Swanson, and now contributes her expertise to both No Limit and our sister company, Solid Foundation Countertops.

Known affectionately as "Mom" in the office, Darlene's passion for nurturing and guiding our team is palpable. She and her husband, Harvey, enjoy a fulfilling life on the Gulf Coast, surrounded by a large family, including four children and many grandchildren. Darlene's hobbies, such as reading, shopping, and boating, complement her professional life, where she also engages in community outreach and leads a small group close to her heart. An active member of Summit Church in Foley, Darlene's commitment to family, faith, and design enriches our team and community.

Dennis Coker, our esteemed Project Manager, has been a key part of the No Limit team for three years, bringing 24 years of construction experience to the table. A graduate of International Bible College in San Antonio, Texas, Dennis's work ethic is deeply influenced by Colossians 3:23, emphasizing wholehearted dedication in all endeavors as if serving the Lord directly. This philosophy extends to his leadership style, where he focuses on instilling a spirit of excellence in his team.

Beyond his role at No Limit, Dennis is committed to making a difference in the lives of others as a counselor and staff member at Big Fish Ministries, aiding in the recovery and restoration of men in their program. At the core of his identity, Dennis is a devoted family man, cherishing his wife Lindsey and their three children, Dylan, Brayden, and Abigail Grace, as his greatest achievements. Dennis embodies the roles of a husband, father, builder, and servant of Christ with unwavering dedication and grace.

Ian Overstreet, our Superintendent, has deep roots in construction and community service. Originally from Tallahassee, FL, Ian moved to Foley, AL, in 1998, where his family embarked on starting a church. His career in construction began in 1999 with a local electrical company, laying the foundation for his extensive 25-year experience in the field. Ian's commitment extends beyond construction; he's been married to his childhood sweetheart for nearly 24 years, with whom he shares six children, one grandchild, and two more on the way.

Ian's dedication to his community is evident through his role as a worship pastor at Redemption Church and his involvement with Big Fish Ministries as a licensed minister. His construction expertise has also been pivotal in numerous mission trips, contributing to building churches and orphanages. For Ian, family is paramount, and his passion for helping others shines through both his professional and personal life, making him a valued member of our team and community.

Tina Poyner has been an integral part of No Limit as our Office Manager since June 2020, with a rich background in finance and administration. Her career spans roles such as Church Secretary at Liberty Church in Foley for ten years and a position in the Accounting Department at Columbia Southern University for five years. Tina's technical skills shine through her work in implementing computer systems in hospitals nationwide.

Beyond her professional duties, Tina contributes as a volunteer bookkeeper for One Church International and facilitates live streams for Summit Church, reflecting her commitment to community and faith. Her hobbies, including dominoes, board games, and cards, showcase her strategic and collaborative nature.

Tina's leadership is crucial in fostering No Limit's Christian and family-centric environment. Her dedication to our growth and values, alongside her personal faith, render her an invaluable asset to our team and mission.

Eunice Flagg, our Project Coordinator since March 2023, hails from Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania. With a strong background in the medical field, she brings exceptional leadership, administrative skills, and multitasking abilities to our team. Eunice is celebrated for her detail-oriented approach, organizational prowess, and computer expertise, making her a key player in our operations.

As the welcoming voice of our office, Eunice sets a tone of warmth and professionalism. Outside work, she embraces life's joys with her husband David on beach outings, travel, and family adventures, living by the motto, "Life is too short…Enjoy it!" Her energy and commitment greatly enrich our team's dynamic.
